This website provides information about the wedding photography and film services of Once Upon Weddings. Access is free and implies acceptance of this legal notice. You agree to use the website lawfully and not in any way that could harm third parties or the website itself.

The service information on this website is for guidance only. The final conditions of each service (content, price, delivery times, payment and cancellation) are set out in the quote and in the contract we sign with each couple.

The people who appear in the published images have authorised their publication. If you appear in an image and would like us to remove it, write to us and we will do so.

We do our best to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it is free of errors or permanently available. We are not liable for damage resulting from technical interruptions, viruses or misuse of the website by third parties.

2. What data we collect

• Contact form: your names, email, phone, wedding date, venue, the service you are interested in and your message.
• Email or phone: the data you send us when you contact us directly.
• Clients: the data needed to prepare the contract, invoice and deliver the service (identity, address, wedding details).
• Technical data: IP address and browser data processed by our hosting provider for security and to deliver the website.

• Answering your enquiry and sending you a quote — pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Performing the contract and delivering photos and films — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

4. How long we keep your data

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months. Client data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and afterwards for the periods required by law (for example, 6 years for accounting records in Spain, 10 years in Switzerland).

5. Recipients and processors

We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except where legally required. We use the following service providers, bound by data processing terms:

• Hostinger (website hosting and image delivery, EU servers).
• FormSubmit (sending the contact form to our inbox). This provider may process data outside Switzerland and the EU, under appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
• Google Fonts (website typography; your IP address is transmitted to Google when fonts are loaded).
• Online gallery and file transfer providers used to deliver your photos and films.

6. Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to the processing of your data, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to info@eraseunaboda.es. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (www.edoeb.admin.ch).
